Celebrating Agency Culture

During my time at Revolution Design Group, the team leveraged our diverse skills to refresh and expand the agency's branding. One natural evolution was creating an Iconoflage piece based on our new pennant logo. The project aimed to capture the essence of agency life—from the creative tools and technology that powered our work to the shared moments and Pacific Northwest influences that shaped our culture.

Working from the inside offered a unique opportunity to document the daily rhythms, collaborative spirit, and distinctive personality of our creative team through intricate visual storytelling. The artwork weaves together design software and hardware, creative collaboration, Pacific Northwest influences, and the small moments—from team lunches to shared snacks—that build strong workplace connections. The result is an authentic celebration of agency culture that scales from environmental graphics to individual design elements, demonstrating how Iconoflage can capture organizational culture in a way that's both meaningful and versatile.
